Deze Front Office stage training in ons 4 sterren hotel Palace in Spa, België is leerzaam en leuk!
Inclusief gratis begeleiding door Sterrenstages
- Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests
- Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests
- Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality with all guest information
- Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city
- Assists guests from arrival to departure
Vergoedingen:
- Remuneration / allowance is only for students of non-Belgium schools/education.
- Or accommodation or 400 euros per month
 Vereisten:
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm is required as well as capacity to learn rapidly
- Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
- Fluency in French & English (Dutch & German are very appreciated)
- School contract
- Minimaal 4 maanden
